How you better prevent a Running/ Sports Injury

Running, jumping, landing and other like movements create a ton of stress on the body each time you hit the ground. ( 5 to 8 times for distance running, 8 to 15 for sprinting and around the same for jump landings.)
This is why we at Escape Movement Center work on true core stability by rolling, doing chop and lift exercises and other such drills. This is also why we work on foot strength, proper running and landing mechanics and other such skills.

We want you to be able to resist the forces as you play, lift, run and move so that you can better prevent injury; as this study shows the link between a lack of core stability and low back injury.
Then building strength to help hold your form as you live, compete and play.
